Serenity Builders LLC began in 1996 in Houston, Texas ; under the title RayJen Builders. A thriving suburb, actually, just outside of Houston holds sight of the very first RayJen Home, a custom home. After building custom for more than 4 years, RayJen gave birth to a fresh, more corporate builder – Serenity. Before long Serenity was building in multiple communities through out Houston and surrounding cities: Katy, Tomball, Meyerland, Humble, Fairfield , and Brookshire, to name a few.

In 2002 Serenity opened a showcase of Inventory in a blooming Cypress, Texas community called Stone Gate. The Cypress area was growing so rapidly; Serenity built hundreds of homes at a pace that was foreign to their original style. Their past had been the meticulous perfection of custom homes; and the company was thrown into the most competitive building market in Houston .  The Serenity team met the challenge; and the product of a custom builder molding with a mass production building style is this: a balance of quality and pace, flexibility and affordability.
