While we strive to build a defect-free home, we are realistic enough to know that
an item in the home may fail to perform as it should. When this occurs, we will
make the necessary correction so the item meets our warranty guidelines.
Please follow our Homeowner Warranty Procedures when requesting a repair.
1. During the Warranty Introduction, the Construction Manager will give you a copy
of a
Work Order Request form.
All work order requests must be submitted in writing.

Please list in detail your repair requests.
3. The Construction Manager will then contact you to schedule an appointment to
evaluate the problem. Please keep in mind that the CM will have to call the Trade
or Vendor necessary to repair the problem and schedule an appointment for them to
repair the problem.
4. Some repairs may be denied if they are not under the Serenity Homes Warranty.
Please refer to the StrucSure Home Warranty Booklet.
5. After the repair is completed to your satisfaction, you will need to sign the
Work Order Request stating that the repair is complete.
6. For Courtesy Stress Crack Repairs, please be aware that this is a courtesy and
this repair will only be done ONCE. It is recommended that the homeowner reserve
this repair for the 11th month after closing.
